Resuming physical activity is the first step for any sedentary person wishing to resume sport. Lack of time, a sedentary lifestyle due to work, or a prolonged period of inactivity puts the body into "sleep mode." The goal is then to awaken and stimulate muscle mass, in order to prepare the body for daily efforts or the resumption of more intense sports activities.
With a personalized home fitness coaching program, getting back into shape is quick. Depending on your fitness level and the regularity of your sessions, you can achieve visible results in just 1 to 2 months. Like any sporting development, the benefits gained must be maintained through regular practice to ensure long-term health and vitality.
Once this stage is completed, we move on to muscle strengthening, which helps to firm the body, sculpt the silhouette, develop tone and endurance, and prepare the body for more sustained efforts (such as preparation for winter sports).
This work can be global or targeted according to your needs: back, legs, abdominals, arms... Each program is adapted to your profile to allow you to progress safely and achieve your goals.
I provide home visits in the Alpes-Maritimes, particularly in Cannes, Antibes, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, La Colle-sur-Loup, Villeneuve-Loubet, Roquefort-les-Pins, Biot, Valbonne, Mougins and the surrounding area.
